Indications
Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs is indicated for:
- The prevention of heartworm disease
- Treatment of circulating microfilariae
- Kills adult fleas
- Treatment of flea infestations
- Treatment and control of sarcoptic mange
- Treatment and control of intestinal parasite infections (roundworm, hookworm, and whipworm)
Imoxi Topical Solution for Cats is indicated for:
- The prevention of heartworm disease
- Kills adult fleas
- Treatment of flea infestations
- Treatment and control of ear mite infestations
- Treatment and control of intestinal parasite infections (roundworm and hookworm)
Active Ingredients
Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs contains 10% imidacloprid + 2.5% moxidectin.
Imoxi Topical Solution for Cats contains 10% imidacloprid + 1% moxidectin.
Dosage and Administration
Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs
The recommended minimum dose is 4.5 mg/lb. (10 mg/kg) imidacloprid and 1.1 mg/lb. (2.5 mg/kg) moxidectin, once a month, by topical administration. WATCH: How to apply Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs
As specified in the table, administer the entire contents of the Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs tube that correctly corresponds with the body weight of the dog. The safe use of Imoxi Topical Solution for Dogs has not been established in puppies and dogs less than 7 weeks of age or less than 3 lbs. body weight.

Imoxi Topical Solution for Cats

As specified in the following table, administer the entire contents of the Imoxi Topical Solution for Cats tube that correctly corresponds with the body weight of the cat. Do not use on cats less than 9 weeks of age or less than 2 lbs. body weight.
