FORT WORTH, TEXAS (Oct. 10, 2020) – Vetoquinol USA, a world-class developer of veterinarian-approved formulas for companion and large animal healthcare products, announced Rebecca Peskin joined the company as the National Marketing Manager and Blaine Godley, DVM, is now a Technical Services Veterinarian.
“Bringing Beckie and Blaine onto our team gives us a big dose of experience and expertise,” said Eric M. Alsup, DVM, Country Manager, Vetoquinol USA. “They bring both small and large animal backgrounds, which helps support the range of Vetoquinol brands. We’ll also be tapping into their experience in parasitology, which is a new strategic area of development for Vetoquinol.”
Peskin and Godley will support all the Vetoquinol brands, including: Flexadin® Advanced with UC-II® chews to support joint health in cats and dogs; ZYLKENE® supplement for dogs, cats and horses; and Folltropin® for the induction of superovulation in reproductively mature heifers and cows.
Peskin brings more than 20 years of experience working with veterinary pharmaceutical and biologics companies such as Merial, Boehringer Ingelheim and KindredBio. She has launched more than six brands during her career. In her spare time, Peskin competes in American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) events and most recently placed in multiple events at the 2018 AQHA World Show.
Dr. Godley spent several years in small animal private practice before helping companies like Novartis Animal Health, Elanco and KindredBio in roles ranging from pharmacovigilance to leading teams of professional veterinarians. He is a native of Birmingham, Ala., a graduate of the Auburn University of College of Veterinary Medicine and completed an equine medicine internship at North Carolina State University. Dr. Godley currently lives in the Atlanta, GA, area. He will support Vetoquinol territory managers and customers across the nation in his new role.
